SUMMER CAMP LEADERS
Every summer, Waterman’s Community Center runs a 10 week summer camp program for children ages 1-8. The camps–which play a major role in Waterman’s summer programming–offer creative, fun-filled adventures and projects for the children of North Haven. Camp consists of three age groups, with each group participating in lots of beach outings, playground trips, and arts and crafts projects, all in an age-appropriate way. Camp staff must be imaginative, creative, responsible, and resourceful to provide the children with a unique island summer experience.
Each camp meets Monday to Friday, 8am – 12pm, with smaller afternoon sessions from 12pm – 4pm.
Camp begins mid June and ends late August (10 weeks)
