Community Summer Art Expo

July 7-11, 2025

All artists and aspiring artists are encouraged to submit art to sell at the exhibit.

DATES:

Entry Drop Off Tuesday, July 7 9:00am to 4:00pm

Opening Reception Wednesday, July 8 5:00pm to 6:30pm

Open to the public for sales Thursday, July 9 9:00am to 3:00pm

Open to the public for sales Friday, July 10 9:00am to 3:00pm

Open to the public for sales Saturday, July 11  9:00am to 3:00pm

GUIDELINES:  

  • WCC charges a commission of 20% for all pieces sold. The artist will receive 80% of the sales price.

  • All are welcome to enter one item 

  • Items must be ready to be hung up on the gallery wall or displayed on a table

  • Entry form includes artist’s name, contact information, price & materials

  • A label will be made at drop off with artist’s name and price of item

  • Art work up to 630 square inches can be accepted. For example, a painting that measures 25in X 25in is allowed

  • The minimum price for each sale item is $10.00

  • In an effort to involve as many artists as possible, Waterman’s reserves the right to exclude oversized items if necessary

PICK UP:

Entries and purchases must be picked up by 4:00pm on Monday, July 13.

SALES: 

  • A commission of 20% will be charged

  • If a “Not for Sale” entry is submitted, $10 will be charged

  • No charge will be made for children’s “Not for Sale” entries

PAYMENT:

All items must be paid for at the time of purchase. Waterman’s accepts cash, checks, VENMO, and Credit Cards.
