Community Summer Art Expo

July 10-12, 2025

All artists and aspiring artists are encouraged to submit art to sell at the exhibit.

Because this is our first year, we are accepting only one item from each artist.

DATES: Entry Drop Off Wednesday, July 9 9:00am to 3:00pm

Opening Reception Thursday, July 10 4:30pm to 6:00pm

Open to the public for sales Friday, July 11 9:00am to 3:00pm

Open to the public for sales Saturday, July 12 9:00am to 3:00pm

Pick Up Purchases & Entries  Sunday, July 13   10:00am to 4:00pm

GUIDELINES:  

  • All are welcome to enter one item 

  • Items must be ready to be hung up on the gallery wall or displayed on a table

  • Entry form includes artist’s name, contact information, price & materials

  • A label will be made at drop off with artist’s name and price of item

  • Art work up to 630 square inches can be accepted. For example, a painting that measures 25in X 25in is allowed

  • The minimum price for each sale item is $10.00

  • In an effort to involve as many artists as possible, Waterman’s reserves the right to exclude oversized items if necessary

PICK UP: Entries and purchases must be picked up Sunday, July 13 from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

SALES: 

  • A commission of 20% will be charged

  • If a “Not for Sale” entry is submitted, $10 will be charged

  • No charge will be made for children’s “Not for Sale” entries

PAYMENT: All items must be paid for at the time of purchase. Waterman’s accepts cash, checks, VENMO, and Credit Cards.
