Waterman's has a robust program year-round for all ages and we absolutely cannot do it without our staff. Start and end dates for seasonal positions vary and are detailed in their individual descriptions, but they are generally open from mid June to late August; year-round positions are available any time. Youth Activities Leader - The Youth Activities Leader is responsible for running many of the after school and evening programming that Waterman's offers for children. The Activities Leader will work with with the Programs Coordinator to create engaging activities for North Haven's youth. This is a year round position. House Manager - The primary focus of this internship-based position includes running and organizing events including concerts, lectures, and film screenings at Waterman's as well as coordinating art exhibits and workshops. Island Explorers Assistant Leader - Island Explorers is one of our popular summer camps. It is offered for children ages 6-9 and aims to inspire deeper engagement with the natural world. Campers go on daily excursions to gain a better understanding of their natural environment. School of Fish Assistant Leader - Waterman's is looking for a flexible, motivated, and creative person to be the second in command for our School of Fish camp.
